Here's how it works:

- We will send you a QR code to scan for access to the centre
- Turn up 15mins before your slot
- Pad-up (leave your kit up stairs)
- Train hard
- Leave the lane ready for the next player

- The cost is £20 an hr
- You can have up to 6 in a lane
- Yes, the is a BOLA pro in each lane
- Yes, there is a bag of BOLA ball for you to use
- Yes, you do have to bring all your own kit
